Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
1. Policy Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for utilizing the Nutz WhatsApp Tech Provider services. By connecting to the WhatsApp Business Platform through our infrastructure, you agree to adhere to this AUP as well as Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
2. Opt-in and Consent Requirements
You may only send messages to users who have explicitly opted-in to receive communications from you. Our services must not be used as an unrestricted "bulk marketing API." You are responsible for maintaining proof of user opt-ins and providing clear, easy-to-use opt-out mechanisms.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or excessively frequent marketing messages.
- Transmitting malicious software, malware, or engaging in phishing.
- Violating Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy (e.g., selling prohibited goods or services).
- Using the service to deceive, harass, or mislead end-users.
4. Platform and Reputation Monitoring
Meta enforces strict quality limits. Businesses generating excessive negative feedback (e.g., blocks, spam reports) may have their WhatsApp messaging tiers downgraded or their accounts restricted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Tech Provider services for clients who violate these policies or jeopardize the integrity of our infrastructure.
