1. Agreement to Terms
By integrating with or utilizing the Nutz WhatsApp Tech Provider services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our API, infrastructure, and tools that facilitate your connection to the WhatsApp Business Platform.
2. Service Provision
Nutz acts as a technical infrastructure provider. We facilitate the transmission of messages between your systems and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We are not responsible for the content of the messages sent by you or your end customers.
3. Meta Policies Compliance
As a user of our infrastructure, you are strictly bound by the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate suspension of your access to our services, as enforced by Meta or by Nutz.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is". While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, Nutz shall not be held liable for message delivery failures, temporary service interruptions, or actions taken by Meta regarding your WhatsApp Business account (such as blocks or rate limits).
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for accounts found to be violating our Acceptable Use Policy, generating excessive spam complaints, or breaching Meta's terms.
